Hydration Challenge

Do you feel drained and worn out after a lengthy weekend?

You might not be drinking enough water.

Dehydration can cause unclear thinking and mood changes. You should consume more water, especially if you live an active lifestyle. You only need 2 to 3 liters of water per day to stay energized.

For the remainder of the week, stay hydrated by taking part in this week’s water challenge.

MONDAY: Set hourly reminders to drink some water.

TUESDAY: Add fruit or herbs to your water.

WEDNESDAY: Invite a friend or coworker to join you in your challenge.

THURSDAY: Switch to water only (coffee and tea are permitted, but without sugar, and yes, some milks do contain sugar – goodbye oat milk! ).

FRIDAY: Reward yourself with a gift on Friday if you made it this far (why not buy yourself a cute water bottle to go with your newly formed habit?).
