Healthy Crispy Baked Chicken Tacos!

Ingredients:

1lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
12 small corn tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 30 mins
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Dredge marinated chicken in flour mixture, shake off excess
Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 20 mins, flipping halfway through
Warm tortillas, then fill each with crispy chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar
Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
