Take a jog or brisk walk along the shoreline. Grab a beach ball for fun cardio, or challenge your friends to a game of beach volleyball.
Swimming is another great low-impact and fun cardio workout that you can’t miss out on when visiting the beach. Or stretch and do bodyweight exercises like lunges, push-ups, or yoga poses on a beach towel. But most of all, don’t forget to have fun!
