Refreshing Roasted Peach and Burrata Salad!

Ingredients:
2 ripe peaches, halved
4 cups arugula
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup balsamic glaze
225 grams (8oz) burrata cheese
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F
Drizzle peach halves with olive oil, roast for 15 mins
Arrange arugula on a serving platter, top with roasted peaches, cherry tomatoes
Gently tear burrata over the salad
Sprinkle chopped walnuts, drizzle balsamic glaze
Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh basil.
