Honey Soy Salmon Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
2 salmon filets
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 ripe mango
juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp sriracha sauce
1/2 cup of cooked brown rice

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Combine honey and soy sauce
Pour the combination over salmon filets
Bake for 12-15 mins. Mix diced mango, lime juice, cilantro, and red onion for salsa
Whisk mayonnaise and sriracha for spicy mayo.
Assemble bowl: layer the brown rice, salmon, mango salsa, and drizzle with spicy mayo.
