Is time at your computer a pain in your back?

Is time at your computer a pain in your back? Here are some handy tips you can apply every day to feel more comfortable at your desk (Weve got your back!).

– Relax your upper back: Sitting or standing, raise your arms above your head, hands together, elbows out and shoulders down, then exhale. Hold this position for 15-20 seconds.
– Strengthen your abs: There are many exercises available. You can refer to last week’s post with ideas for ab exercises (IE planking, crunches etc.).
– Don’t stay in the same position for too long: Even if you have to work sitting down, try to move regularly (at least every 2 hours) so that your back doesn’t get stuck in a bad position (make a phone call, take a coffee break, walk for 5 minutes, etc.).

Bonus tip: Yoga is also great for your back!
