How many benefits does walking have?
A Harvard study found that those who walked for 20 minutes a day for 5 days a week had a 43% less chance of suffering from colds and flu, and that if they did get sick, the duration was much shorter. What’s more, walking also protects joints, helps us stay fit and can help decrease stress among other things.
To get it into your daily routine, we encourage you to walk to work if you can, to the supermarket, to clear your mind if you need it or just as a way to get outside to break up your day.
